Job summary

Cohere Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead RN Reviewer in Service Operations. You will coach, mentor, and develop an RN team, using established tools to ensure performance and quality standards are met.

Remote role with about 5% travel. You will supervise RN Reviewers, collaborate with the leadership team, and help drive operational objectives while promoting a high-performing clinical team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, managed care, or insurance-related roles.
• 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity, with experience coaching or training others.
• A current, active RN license (BSN preferred).
• Comfort interpreting operational data and metrics to identify process improvements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for the RN Reviewers to meet or exceed operational objectives and metrics.
• Coordinate and provide day-to-day oversight and direction to clinicians.
• Assist in addressing any case escalations or provider issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
