The House Supervisor position at KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. in Orange, CA oversees patient care delivery and coordinates administrative resources during evenings, nights and weekends.

It serves as the senior management presence during off-hours and liaises with department heads and Medical Staff to align with hospital goals. Qualified applicants will hold a CA RN license with BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, maintain ABM/MAB/CPI within 60 days, and preferably BSN, with a minimum of 5 years RN experience and

Formación

• Current CA RN License.
• Current BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS upon hire. ABM/MAB/CPI within 60 days of hire, annual thereafter.
• BSN Preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience as an RN and 2 years’ in a charge or nursing supervision or management position.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee evaluation and support of patient care delivery under the guidance of the CNO.
• Provide administrative and clinical resources to employees on evenings/nights and weekends.
• Act as liaison with department heads and Medical Staff to support patient needs and organizational goals.
