You will support staffing, resource allocation and collaboration with department heads to ensure hospital operations align with patient needs and organizational goals. Requirements include a CA RN license, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS at hire (ABM/MAB/CPI within 60 days), and 5+ years RN experience with 2 years in a supervision role.

Qualifikationen

• CA RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required at hire; ABM/MAB/CPI within 60 days.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ RN experience with 2 years in charge/management.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and support patient care delivery under CNO guidance.
• Provide administrative and clinical resources during evenings, nights and weekends.
• Act as liaison with department heads and Medical Staff to support patient needs.
