Job summary

Marshall-Manor-West is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to plan and deliver nursing care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care. You will assess and evaluate patient needs, implement individualized care plans, document outcomes and maintain high standards of confidentiality and safety.

The role requires adherence to policy, ongoing education on equipment use and documentation, and participation in a team that delivers compassionate, resident-centered care on rotating

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of basic education program in professional nursing.
• Must possess and maintain a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care following Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and nursing judgement.
• Assess, plan and evaluate care for long-term or rehabilitative residents.
• Deliver and document nursing care accurately and timely.
• Implement and evaluate plans of care and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient rights at all times.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure safety and quality care.
