Qualificações

• Eight years of recent acute care experience.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current MS State license as RN; ANCC certification; BLS certification.
• Will serve as Charge Nurse, Preceptor, Unit Champion for mandatory initiatives and maintain health requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Practice and Care Management
• Performs psychosocial/physiologic assessments that integrate data
• Formulates plan of care based on trends and patient education
• Participates in planning routine transitional health care needs
• Responds to changes in patient needs with holistic care and clinical judgment
• Adapts education to patient/family and collaborates on outcomes
• Ensures efficiency in care delivery and prioritizes actions
• Advocates for patient rights and resolves conflicts
• Identifies variances from expected outcomes and revises care
• Documents all patient care activities per standards
• Communication and Collaboration with care team and families
• Delegates tasks appropriately and supports staff productivity
• Keeps current with unit initiatives and participates in committees
• Acts as clinical resource and mentor; demonstrates leadership
• Maintains lifelong learning and completes continuing education
