Job summary

Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead our nursing team and sustain Care Beyond Compare. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to care protocols, and promote compassionate, patient-centered care across shifts.

You will coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team, perform regular health assessments, train new employees, handle shift emergencies, and contribute to a positive, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN licensure in Virginia.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Salaried/exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle emergencies or issues during shifts following established protocols.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care to each resident.
