Job summary

Qualifications

• Twelve months RN experience in a healthcare environment
• RN licensure in Texas and BLS certification required
• Preferred Magnet certification

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and assist with exams and treatment.
• Provide patient education and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team to coordinate care.
• Participate in unit leadership, charge nurse duties, and preceptorship as needed.
• Develop and communicate care plans including discharge planning.
