• Provides nursing assessments, exams, treatment, education, and records.
• Collaborates with physicians and interprofessional teams for outcomes.
• Leads unit initiatives, serves as charge nurse or preceptor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with varied and complex needs.
• Utilize technology and administer medications safely.
• Monitor patient rights and advocate for patients and families.
• Participate in unit governance, mentorship, and hospital initiatives.
