Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-level clinical and operational leadership.
• Conduct supervision rounds every 2 hours and coordinate staffing.
• Assess residents and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation and follow-through.
• Coordinate handoffs and communications during shift change.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety within the home.
