Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current RN license in assigned state(s).
• 1+ years of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• 1+ year of RN management experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of therapy services to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee scheduling, referrals, and coordination with intake for admissions.
• Ensure quality of care and clinical performance of nursing staff; manage documentation and compliance.
• Assist with staff training and on-call duties; participate in investigations of concerns.
