Job summary

Royal Care Certified Home Care seeks a Clinical/Nurse Manager to oversee field nurses providing patient care in Long Island and Queens. The role manages the nursing process, ensures policy compliance, and coordinates home care services from an office in Queens.

Ideal candidates have NYS RN licensure, 5+ years in home care, and supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of COPs and ERP systems like Oasis/Netsmart.

Qualifications

• RN leadership and supervision experience in home care.
• Knowledge of CMS/DOH Home Health Rules and Regulations.
• Experience with CHHA operations and COPs.
• Bilingual not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise field nurses and ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Orient staff to clinical policies and home care cases.
• Coordinate home care services and clinician scheduling.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead on-site staff evaluations and quarterly supervisory visits.
• Assist in problem-solving and on-call support for patients.
