Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains positive working relationships with Parkland staff and other stakeholders.
• Completes accurate documentation in patient care records and hospital documents.
• Provides direction to non-nursing staff and may serve as Charge Nurse on rotation.
• Serves as a preceptor or trainer to newer nursing staff.
