Job summary

Parsons in Aberdeen, Maryland seeks an experienced Security Control Assessor / RMF Analyst to support Army IS&A programs. You will develop, maintain, and update security packages in eMASS and guide the system through the ATO lifecycle in a classified environment.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD RMF experience, and collaboration with government stakeholders to ensure continuous monitoring, risk assessment, and remediation for DoD cybersecurity programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of related professional experience.
• Experience working onsite in a Government SCIF.

Responsibilities

• Execute RMF activities per DoD and federal policies.
• Develop and maintain RMF packages in eMASS and ATO lifecycle.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, ISSMs, system owners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and remediate security gaps and residual risks.
• Prepare IATT/ATO documentation and renewals.
