Job summary

Parsons in the United States is seeking experienced Security Control Assessors / RMF Analysts to support cybersecurity authorization and compliance activities for Army PM Intelligence Systems and Analytics (IS&A) in Aberdeen, Maryland. The role covers RMF processes, IATTs, ATOs, and continuous monitoring across a multi-year program with a $500 million ceiling.

You will develop, maintain, and update security packages in eMASS, validate controls, identify gaps, coordinate with system owners,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of related professional experience.
• Ability to work onsite in a Government SCIF in Aberdeen, MD
• Experience with Risk Management Framework and RMF processes
• Experience developing security authorization packages in eMASS
• Experience with NIST 800-53 controls
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Execute RMF activities per DoD and federal policies.
• Serve as Security Control Assessor or RMF analyst.
• Develop and maintain IATT and ATO packages in eMASS.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and vendors.
• Track status and milestones of authorization packages.
• Prepare authorization packages for IATTs and ATO renewals.
• Support continuous monitoring and remediation activities.
• Communicate security posture and risks clearly.
• Work in a classified SCIF environment onsite
