Job summary

American Management Group, LLC (AMG) seeks a Senior ISSO Security Analyst to drive RMF steps 0-6 for VA systems in Manassas, VA. You will coordinate with ISO/ISSO teams and site managers to maintain secure operation across the system lifecycle.

You will prepare detailed security documentation, perform risk assessments, and translate security concepts into actionable recommendations while supporting client meetings and ensuring timely authorization milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting RMF steps, security artifacts, and POA&M.
• Proficiency with NIST SP 800-53 controls and RMF processes.
• Ability to lead client-facing meetings and present ATO topics.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RMF steps 0-6 ATO activities for VA systems.
• Develop and maintain security documentation across IT deployments.
• Collaborate with ISO, ISSO, site managers and stakeholders.
• Translate security concepts into actionable security recommendations.
