Job summary

American Management Group, LLC (AMG) is seeking a Senior ISSO Security Analyst to lead RMF activities with VA stakeholders. You will coordinate RMF steps, assess security controls, create and update security artifacts, and ensure proper ATO documentation across diverse IT environments.

The role requires strong project leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex security concepts into implementable solutions. On-site in Manassas, VA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting all RMF steps, security categorizations, POA&M creation and updates.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and system authorizations.
• Experience creating plans for secure installations per agency policy and lifecycle.
• Experience analyzing authorization documents to identify and address gaps.
• Ability to lead client-facing meetings and present complex ATO topics.
• Ability to organize large datasets across multiple systems.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust or Fitness determinations.
• Master's degree in CS or Electronics Eng and 10+ years in IT (or 20+ years without a degree).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive RMF steps 0-6 ATO activities and requirements.
• Translate security concepts into actionable implementation recommendations.
• Maintain detailed security documentation and ensure proper ATO support.
