Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead enterprise cybersecurity management across DoD FM systems. The role focuses on RMF lifecycle oversight, artifact stewardship, and risk-based decision support for the AO and system owners.

The candidate will guide ISSOs and engineers, coordinate governance, and ensure compliance with Air Force and DoD cybersecurity directives while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead RMF lifecycle across DoD FM systems with control implementation and continuous monitoring.
• Provide enterprise cybersecurity guidance to AO/AODR/ISSOs and system owners.
• Manage FM security artifacts (SSP, RAR, POA&Ms, and supporting docs) in eMASS and ITIPS.
• Oversee enterprise vulnerability and risk management and remediation coordination.
• Deliver risk-informed decision packages (ATO/denial) with impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity governance activities and lead technical briefings.
• Ensure secure implementation of system modifications and assess cybersecurity impact.
• Mentor ISSOs, cybersecurity analysts, and engineers in RMF processes and compliance.
