Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced ISSO to provide system‑level cybersecurity support for DoD FM systems.

You will help ensure RMF compliance, perform security control validation, maintain authorization docs, and coordinate remediation with engineers and program personnel. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, with certifications such as DoD 8410 WRC and CISSO/CAP or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combo.
• Security certifications required per DoD directives.
• Experience complying with RMF, ATO processes, and security assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF lifecycle by assisting with security control implementation, validation, assessment prep, and continuous monitoring.
• Maintain and update authorization documentation (SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms) in eMASS/ITIPS.
• Track vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation with system owners and engineers.
• Prepare authorization decision support materials for the AO and contribute to impact assessments.
• Perform system-level patching/configuration reviews for compliance with directives.
