Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Cyber Security Analyst for advanced cybersecurity engineering, RMF leadership, and enterprise compliance oversight for Air Force Financial Management systems.

You will lead the development, implementation, and assessment of security controls, producing authorization artifacts and risk analyses for the AO. The role involves mentoring junior analysts and ensuring compliance with Air Force directives, DoD RMF policy, and enterprise vulnerability management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Eight or more years of cybersecurity or information assurance engineering experience.
• Active/clearable DoD/Air Force cybersecurity certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RMF lifecycle, including security control selection and continuous monitoring.
• Develop, review, and sustain authorization artifacts (SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and enterprise risk analysis; coordinate remediation actions.
• Produce risk-informed authorization decision packages for the AO and leadership.
• Translate DoD Air Force cybersecurity policy into actionable guidance for owners and ISSOs.
• Prepare cybersecurity briefings and status updates for FM leadership and AO groups.
• Mentor junior cybersecurity analysts and ISSOs on RMF documentation and compliance.
