Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead enterprise cybersecurity management for DoD FM systems. You will oversee RMF lifecycle, ensure policy compliance, and guide the AO with risk-based decision materials.

This federal contractor emphasizes DoD directives, artifact management in eMASS/ITIPS, and mentoring staff to sustain secure operation across mission-critical FM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience.
• DoD 8570 IAM – Level III certification required.
• Ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.
• Must comply with Air Force cybersecurity directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF lifecycle across all DAF FM systems.
• Provide enterprise cybersecurity program guidance to the AO, AODR, ISSOs, and system owners.
• Manage and review FM security artifacts (SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms) in eMASS and ITIPS.
• Oversee enterprise vulnerability and risk management across multiple FM systems.
• Prepare and deliver risk-informed decision packages for the AO (ATO/Conditions/Denial).
• Coordinate cybersecurity governance activities and brief FM leadership.
• Ensure secure implementation of system modifications and verify cybersecurity impact.
• Mentor ISSOs, cybersecurity analysts, and engineers in RMF processes.
