Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Cyber Security Assessment Analyst IV to lead RMF lifecycle, security control implementation, and enterprise compliance for Air Force FM systems.

You will develop authorization artifacts, conduct mission-impact risk analyses, and provide decision support to the AO while mentoring junior analysts to ensure RMF documentation quality and alignment with AF directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years related experience or equivalent.
• DoD RMF policy experience and DoD 8410 WRC 722 advanced certs preferred.
• Ability to obtain, maintain and access Secret level information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RMF lifecycle including security control selection and continuous monitoring.
• Develop, review, and sustain SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms, and evidence in eMASS/ITIPS.
• Conduct enterprise risk analyses and coordinate remediation across owners.
• Produce ATO packages and mission-impact summaries for the AO.
• Translate DoD/AF directives into actionable guidance for ISSOs and system owners.
• Prepare cybersecurity briefings for FM leadership and AO working groups.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure RMF documentation quality.
• Validate cybersecurity impact of engineering changes and deployments.
