Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Riverbed Systems Engineer SME to support SITEC III. You will design and maintain Riverbed monitoring, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and optimize global IT infrastructure across classified environments.

Role requires DoD 8570 IAT II (Security+), TS/SCI clearance, and strong scripting capabilities. Great benefits with DoD-focused mission and a path to advanced engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• DoD IAT II, specifically CompTIA Security+ is required.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Must be DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 451 – System Administrator - Advanced level.
• Demonstrated ability in performance optimization and system engineering processes.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow; APM; NPM; Windows & Linux server administration; VMware or other virtualization; Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash); REST API integrations; Splunk/ServiceNow; SQL databases; Multi-enclave architecture support (NIPR/SIPR).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Riverbed monitoring solutions across classified and unclassified environments.
• Engineer and support integrations between Riverbed platforms and enterprise systems.
• Provide advanced Tier II/III technical support for Windows and Linux environments.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities: configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, changes, health monitoring.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimize systems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and STIGs, maintain ATO docs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with teams to support incident response and interoperability.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Brief leadership on system performance, risks, and readiness.
