Fliff Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Risk & Trading to lead the Game Operations team's risk and trading functions. The role focuses on pricing accuracy, market exposure, trading performance, and operational execution across sports gaming products.

The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills and deep knowledge of sports betting or fantasy trading environments, with a track record of building robust risk frameworks and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management within sports betting or a related field with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
• Knowledge of sports betting markets and trends, including betting lines, odds, and pricing models.
• Familiarity with sports data and analytics tools such as sports data feeds and statistical models.
• Experience with risk management techniques and tools such as exposure limits, hedging, and diversification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to mentor junior traders.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks tailored to sports gaming operations.
