Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Senior Manager of Risk to support Fidelity Wealth product and operations, with emphasis on personal cards and specialty savings and lending capabilities, including a debit card program.

You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, reviews, and reporting, influence change, and ensure effective risk mitigation across ongoing and new products and services.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, legal or related control function.
• Strong financial services, banking, and/or broker-dealer industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of payment/debit card program management risk oversight a plus.
• Understanding FW platforms including supporting database and cloud technologies.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Risk assessment and/or controls or audit experience.
• Strong analytical and communications skills.
• Working knowledge in data analytics a plus.
• Experience with Archer or similar GRC tool is a plus.
• Advanced degree or FINRA license (Series 7) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments.
• Perform control reviews.
• Provide risk advisory and initiative support.
• Manage and mitigate risk incidents.
• Provide analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Foster partnerships to influence change.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory matters.
• Support internal and external audit partners.
• Ensure clear reporting on identified issues and recommended actions.
