The role requires 7–10 years in equity risk management or related fields, fluency with factor models, and proficiency in R or Python and SQL.

• Experience in multi-manager platform is helpful but not required.
• Fluency with characteristics-based factor models.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication within constraints.
