Job summary

Beazley is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to deliver a broad range of risk management activities for Beazley’s US and Bermuda entities, across operational and insurance/financial risks, producing risk reports and ORSAs, and supporting the wider risk management framework.

You will review first-line processes, run deep-dive risk analyses, and collaborate with risk owners and the global risk team; ERM experience in specialty insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Professional qualification advantageous for progression.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide challenge of the first line processes for Beazley’s US and Bermuda entities across operational and insurance/financial risks.
• Produce risk reporting and opinions, including deep-dive reviews on key risks and incidents.
• Support delivery of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment for Beazley’s US and Bermuda entities.
• Support with the development of the wider risk management framework.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with first line and other risk stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Global risk team.
