The role emphasizes analytical depth, collaboration across geographies, and the use of AI-enabled tools to streamline recurring tasks. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with 2+ years in P&C insurance or related analytics preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in P&C (re)insurance, preferably in actuarial, risk or related analytical roles
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills; able to evaluate different options, challenge assumptions and connect analytical results to meaningful business implications

Responsibilities

• Casualty Accumulation: develop and automate casualty data ETL processes to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Emerging Risk Monitoring: assess exposure to cyber insurance risk and climate change.
• Risk Assessment and Group Reporting: support risk assessment processes across domestic and international units and contribute to Group-level ERM reports.
• Group Capital Assessment: perform capital and solvency projections and assist with capital allocation.
