Job summary

Beazley is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management across Beazley’s US and Bermuda entities, covering operational and insurance/financial risks. The role emphasizes producing risk reports, conducting deep-dive reviews, and supporting the risk management framework.

The ideal candidate will have extensive ERM experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver risk insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as an ERM professional across operational or insurance/financial risks.
• Experience providing risk challenge to the first line and presenting risk analyses to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with ability to deliver to deadlines.
• Interest in Lloyd's/London Market risk management and insurance risk context.

Responsibilities

• Challenge first-line processes for US and Bermuda entities across operational and insurance/financial risks.
• Produce risk reports and in-depth reviews of key risks and incidents.
• Support Own Risk and Solvency Assessment for US and Bermuda entities.
• Contribute to the development of the wider risk management framework.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across risk, finance, IT and operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Global risk team.
