About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our Client Risk Management (CRM) PA and CRT Groups. In this newly created role, you will work in close partnership with Account Managers to uncover risk-related opportunities across client portfolios and drive targeted upsell and cross-sell strategies. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating position that will directly influence client satisfaction and long-term retention while strengthening our competitive edge in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell tied to risk management needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and deliver tailored, data-driven risk solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings to support proposal delivery and close new business.
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and regulatory shifts to refine strategy.
  • Track, report, and optimize revenue outcomes from upsell/cross-sell efforts.
  • Support knowledge transfer by helping Account Managers build foundational risk management expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred) or Risk Management industry experience equivalency.
  • 7+ years of experience in risk management, strategic sales, or account development.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and capturing revenue opportunities through collaborative efforts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Competitive base salary: based on experience.

  • Help establish this position as a core strategic asset to the CRM PA and CRT Groups.
