Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships from implementation to evaluation and improvement.
• Support document management and compliance.
• Define and uphold performance standards aligned with goals.
• Identify improvements across the auto claims program and all lines of business.
• Present risk mitigation strategies to cross-functional leadership.
• Support finance forecasting, reporting, and accounting processes.
• Travel up to 25%.
