You will partner with business and technology teams to identify gaps and drive remediation in regulated settings. Responsibilities include developing control narratives, supporting audits, and delivering executive status updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs.
• Experience documenting processes, risks, controls, and risk assessments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear control documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end processes, risks, and controls with business/tech partners.
• Coordinate GRC projects, deliverables, and remediation actions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
• Develop control narratives and supporting artifacts.
• Support audits and examinations with organized documentation.
• Prepare status reports for executives and management.
• Track action plans and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in defining new controls and improving existing ones.
