Job summary

Happen Bank, formerly LendingClub, seeks a Risk Infrastructure Sr Analyst to design and maintain decisioning infrastructure powering core risk decisions. You will translate policy into technical requirements, build decision logic and ML models, and collaborate across Risk, Operations, Engineering, and Control teams to ensure accurate, scalable decision systems.

Qualifications

• Develop test and deployment plans and validate implementations against defined quality standards.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs that connect internal and external data sources to the decision platform.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance by maintaining clear documentation and evidence related to decision policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate policy and strategy requirements into clear technical and functional requirements.
