Job summary

Reach Financial is seeking a Credit Policy & Decision Engine Analyst to translate policies into scalable decision logic and workflows within our risk platforms. You’ll implement, test, and optimize credit rules with a strong focus on accuracy and auditability.

You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Compliance, and Capital Markets to ensure robust, well-documented decisioning and policy governance across unsecured lending products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; data/finance orientation preferred.
• 3–5 years in fintech, lending, credit risk, or decision systems.
• Translate business logic into technical decision rules; document thoroughly.
• Experience with rule-based systems, decision engines, or workflow platforms.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate credit policies into structured decision rules (eligibility, approval/decline, pricing, workflows).
• Configure and optimize decision logic in Taktile or similar platforms.
• Conduct scenario testing, UAT, and rule validation for accurate behavior.
• Analyze and troubleshoot decisioning issues across data inputs, rules, and workflows.
• Maintain change logs, test artifacts, and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Compliance and Capital Markets to ensure accurate implementations.
• Support execution and refinement of credit policies for unsecured lending.
