Job summary

Judi Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to maintain governance and reporting for client performance guarantees. You will manage the centralized PG database, partner with Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Client Services, and deliver dashboards and analytics to reduce contractual risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in operations, contract support, healthcare/PBM, risk management, or process improvement.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Client Services.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting/dashboarding tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights via reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized PG database and update awards, amendments, and implementations.
• Reconcile PG data into Snowflake/Tableau dashboards and reporting.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and trend analyses.
• Analyze PG performance, compliance metrics, and data relationships.
• Support client scorecards and standardize PG data sources.
• Document and improve end-to-end PG lifecycle processes.
• Maintain PG data source inventory and ownership mapping.
• Support governance of risk events and closure workflow.
• Plan and execute risk-based initiatives across departments.
• Assist client audits and visibility of guarantees.
