Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in operations, contract support, healthcare or PBM administration, risk management, or process improvement.
• Strong documentation, data-tracking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Client Services.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort with data in reporting and dashboarding tools.
• Experience coordinating or executing cross-functional projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the centralized PG database (Jira Assets), entering and updating awarded PGs and contract amendments.
• Reconcile PG data into downstream reporting environments (Snowflake, Tableau) for dashboards and cost visibility.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and trend analyses on PG performance and risk exposure.
• Analyze PG trends and compliance metrics to identify root causes and enable forecasting.
• Support client scorecard generation by consolidating PG data sources.
• Document and improve the end-to-end PG lifecycle from establishment through reporting.
• Maintain PG data source inventory and ownership mapping for governance decisions.
• Support governance of risk events with a structured workflow and closure follow-up.
• Automate manual reporting and partner with stakeholders to improve data quality.
• Plan and execute risk-based initiatives end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
