Job summary

EY is seeking an Engagement Team Leader in Risk Consulting to guide client engagements focused on technology risk, cybersecurity, and privacy within the Consumer & Health sectors. You will collaborate with client personnel to strengthen information systems, controls, and regulatory compliance across diverse environments.

The role emphasizes leading teams, developing risk-based work programs, and delivering practical, actionable insights that enhance client trust and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of IT audit, IT risk advisory, cybersecurity, digital risk, or related risk consulting experience.
• Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, ERP risk, cloud risk, or digital transformation engagements for complex organizations, including Consumer & Health sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to identify, assess, and address technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
• Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Evaluate IT controls, cybersecurity risks, and technology-enabled processes across client environments.
• Coordinate day-to-day engagement activities, manage workstreams, and mentor junior staff.
• Support digital transformation, cloud adoption, and privacy and regulatory considerations for clients in Consumer & Health sectors.
