Job summary

Arrayo is hiring a Senior Risk Consultant to join a large-scale Risk Transformation program within major financial institutions. You will own end-to-end workstreams on counterparty credit risk, SR 11-10, and remediation efforts, presenting directly to senior risk stakeholders.

You'll operate as a practitioner rather than a pure advisor, translating regulatory findings into actionable plans and collaborating across Risk, Compliance, Audit and business units to land change.

Qualifications

• Hands-on counterparty credit risk experience with SR 11-10 exposure.
• Second-line risk background in a large, regulated financial institution.
• Regulatory risk generalist who can pivot quickly between topics.
• Proven track record of developing remediation plans and closing them.
• Senior practitioner credibility, able to engage risk executives and program leads.
• Strong written communication for senior management, internal audit, regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead counterparty credit risk workstreams: assessment against supervisory expectations and remediation.
• Develop remediation plans and drive them through implementation, not just documentation.
• Assess frameworks, governance and controls against regulatory expectations and translate findings into actions.
• Move across adjacent regulatory initiatives as priorities evolve—model risk, compliance, law libraries, controls mapping and issue management.
• Work directly with Risk, Compliance, Audit and business stakeholders to build alignment and land change across functions.
• Produce senior-quality written deliverables—assessments, target-state designs, evidence packages.
