Job summary

McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, seeks a Senior Risk Analyst to extract usable data from raw files and build internal data sets to support service teams and clients.

You will create analytic reports, identify trends, and collaborate with diverse teams; requires 3+ years in Property and Casualty insurance, Excel mastery, and a license. Based in Austin, TX, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Insurance or equivalent training.
• At least three years of Property and Casualty insurance experience.
• Must hold a Property and Casualty license.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency with data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Extract usable data from raw files to populate internal data sets.
• Create complex analytic reports for service teams and clients.
• Identify trends and analytic opportunities within large data sets.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships and support projects.
