Job summary

McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to extract usable data from raw files, populate internal datasets, and create complex analytic reports for service teams and clients. You will identify trends and opportunities within large data sets.

Essential duties include serving as SME for analytics resources, maintaining databases, and developing client-facing reports. You will collaborate across teams and support projects while advancing risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Three years of working experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
• Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license.
• One year of reporting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to analytic resources, procedures and explanation of reports.
• Actively work to maintain the internal databases through data import and quality assurance.
• Assist in the identification, creation and marketing of analytic reports including creating comprehensive displays for client facing slide decks
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and business units.
• Support company projects and initiatives.
