Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large technology transformation programs in financial services.
• Experience combining cloud/infrastructure migration with live production constraints.
• Hands-on public-cloud migration at scale with a hybrid estate.
• Strong grounding in front-to-back trading/risk or investment-accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program planning, roadmap and execution across both workstreams, including RAID and governance reporting.
• Drive delivery teams to measurable outcomes and ensure deadlines.
• Partner across infrastructure, application engineering, and business units; manage cloud commitments.
