Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior analytics professional within Global Risk Analytics to lead analysis of complex data flows and enterprise processes. This role partners with risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit to strengthen performance and governance.

The successful candidate will apply data analytics, automation, and quantitative methods to identify risks and improvements, and will mentor teammates while driving sustainable improvements across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience evaluating complex data flows and enterprise processes.
• Strong governance and risk management understanding.
• Ability to communicate insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex analyses of business processes, data flows, and controls to identify data integrity concerns, process defects, risks, and improvement opportunities, recommending strategies that enhance the completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness of critical business processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across business risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to evaluate process performance, resolve complex issues, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver insights, reporting, and visualizations that communicate process performance, business risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to teammates in support of governance, issue remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
