Job summary

Forge Group, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a senior Risk Management Analyst to lead logical analysis of management problems, identify risk areas, and develop risk strategies for UAS security programs. This role informs CISA ISD Security efforts and supports UAS risk assessments for critical infrastructure.

The candidate should have a master's degree, 10+ years’ experience, and familiarity with UAS/C-UAS, policy, and DHS/CISA processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of experience identifying risk areas and conducting risk management strategies.
• Experience with UAS and counter-UAS technologies, critical infrastructure vulnerabilities, and related policy/regulation.
• Ability to analyze complex information and summarize for Government decision makers.
• Familiarity with DHS/CISA authorities and ISC risk management process is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct logical analysis of management problems and information requirements.
• Identify risk areas and develop and execute risk management strategies.
• Perform research and risk analysis to reduce risks posed by UAS to critical infrastructure.
• Advise on development and application of UAS security and vulnerability assessments.
• Track UAS incidents and conduct local, regional, sector, and national level analysis.
• Develop processes to identify capability requirements, gaps, and priorities for UAS cybersecurity and C-UAS.
• Support guidance to help FSLTT partners manage UAS risk, including mitigation measures and FAA flight restrictions.
• Collect feedback and update assessment resources on a recurring basis.
