Job summary

Leidos seeks a Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst to support FAA CI SCRM efforts, focusing on enterprise risk assessments and procurement execution. The role translates threat data into technical risk scoring and drafts contract security language to protect FAA supply chains.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in intelligence or risk management, strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-161/800-53, and hands-on experience evaluating software, cloud, AI, telecom, and OT/ICS security postures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
• 8+ years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst or in third-party risk management / C-SCRM / cybersecurity risk management.
• Strong working knowledge of NIST SP 800-161 and NIST SP 800-53.
• Hands-on experience evaluating security posture of software supply chains and configurations across multiple tech profiles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise-level vendor risk assessments and technical security reviews for software suppliers, cloud providers, AI tools, and OT/ICS.
• Score risk and compile Vendor Risk Reports mapping vulnerabilities.
• Provide SCRM expertise throughout the procurement lifecycle, including planning and source selections.
• Draft Acquisition Security Reviews and evaluation matrices for AMS pipeline integration.
• Draft contract security language and risk mitigation recommendations prior to contract award.
• Translate technical risk data into clear executive summaries for leadership.
• Contribute to FAA SCRM policies, governance documents, and SOPs.
• Formulate performance metrics and program reports for executive leadership.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders (FAA CIO, CISA, FBI, DHS, IC).
• Coordinate SCRM training for acquisition personnel and program offices.
