Job summary

As a senior advisor, you will oversee complex projects, develop governance frameworks, and monitor metrics to ensure delivery of measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree and Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning in others by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promotes adherence to procedures and policies.
• Serves as a lead consultant to align stakeholders and drive implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple tracks or workstreams.
• Drives business strategy and prioritization of initiatives by working with senior executives to refine metrics and roadmap.
• Leads the work of project/program team members and allocates resources to meet organizational goals.
