Job summary

Datavant is hiring an Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts delivering client-facing analytics for retrospective risk adjustment coding. This hands-on manager role blends mentorship with direct data work across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach analysts, develop relationships with internal stakeholders, and guide analytics processes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data analytics or equivalent
• 3+ years leading remote teams and managing performance
• Experience with Medicare/ACA/Medicaid risk adjustment models preferred

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from leadership
• Coach and develop analysts to ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to align analytics with business needs
• Stay informed of risk adjustment trends and educate the team accordingly
• Create internal and external-facing analytics content and reports
• Develop analytics processes to maximize efficiency while maintaining integrity
• Evaluate and propose technology/data solutions to aid the team
