Job summary

Datavant is seeking an Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts supporting retrospective risk adjustment coding. You will mentor junior staff, contribute hands-on data work, and partner with the success and operations groups to drive strategic analytics initiatives.

You will navigate multiple time zones and seasonal workloads, delivering clear content for executives and clients while building scalable analytic solutions using SQL, Python, and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics and technical experience
• 3+ years of experience with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models
• Strong ability to coach and develop analysts in a remote environment
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern BI tools

Responsibilities

• Set and lead day-to-day work of direct reports
• Coach and develop analysts, ensuring accuracy
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders in success and operations
• Train team on risk adjustment trends and educate on analytics
• Create internal reports and external client-facing content
• Develop analytics processes that maximize efficiency and quality
• Evaluate technology and data assets to aid the team
