Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts and act as a hands-on coach. You will guide analytics work, mentor junior and senior staff, and collaborate across time zones to deliver high-impact risk adjustment insights.

You will partner with operations and customer success, stay ahead of industry trends, and produce both internal reports and external content to showcase analytics impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading and managing in a remote environment
• 3+ years of Medicare/ACA/Medicaid risk adjustment experience
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience
• Strong communication across channels (Slack, email, teleconferencing)
• Attention to detail and meticulous review of work products
• Proficient with SQL and cloud data environments (Snowflake/Databricks) and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Set and lead day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from leadership
• Coach and develop analysts, ensuring accuracy
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders (customer success, operations)
• Stay informed on risk adjustment trends to train the team
• Create internal and external analytics content
• Develop analytics processes for efficiency and quality
• Evaluate technology and data assets to aid the team
