Job summary

A leading civil infrastructure firm in California is seeking a Sr. Right of Way Specialist to oversee engineering and land surveying for large infrastructure programs. The role involves preparing legal descriptions, ensuring compliance with California regulations, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and an active PLS license, along with extensive experience in surveying and ROW engineering. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience performing land surveying and ROW engineering work on large, complex infrastructure projects following licensure.
• Experience preparing and reviewing legal descriptions, plats, mapping exhibits, and acquisition documents.
• Knowledge of applicable California laws, regulations, and standards governing land surveying.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate ROW engineering and land surveying deliverables.
• Ensure surveying and ROW deliverables meet applicable standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with design, ROW, environmental, and project management teams.
