Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd. seeks a Senior Right of Way Agent/Condemnation Liaison to support our client with acquisition, negotiations and relocation assistance across projects in Arizona.

The role combines field and office work under the supervision of the Right of Way Acquisition Section Manager. You will prepare acquisition packages, meet with property owners to explain rights and project impact, review plans, estimate relocation costs, and maintain accurate files to ensure on-time

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of right-of-way or similar experience.
• Arizona Real Estate License or ability to obtain one.
• Arizona Notary Public certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research, review, and evaluate plans and documents related to the Right of Way acquisition program.
• Prepare acquisition packages and meet with property owners to explain rights and project impact.
• Coordinate special issues with the lead agent and complete the acquisition process.
• Maintain accurate and complete acquisition and relocation files.
• Assist owners and tenants in submitting relocation claims and monitor moves.
• Attend meetings and training as required and travel as needed.
