Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a staff specialist and statewide training/guidance for rights-of-way acquisitions for transportation facilities, by agreement or eminent domain.
• Provide expert guidance on Transfers of Jurisdiction and Federal Land Transfers.
• Work with internal and external partners and provide subject matter expertise to the Office Chief.
